Istria, the mysterious and widely undiscovered peninsula in Adriatic, with it’s rich history, diverse climate and stunning nature is a destination for those, who wish to explore what is to others yet unknown! Istria’s history is a story of cultural diversity, benefiting from Italian cuisine, Slovenian and Croatian culinary traditions, mild Mediterranean climate and life by the sea. Why not treating yourself to six days of culinary extravaganza: superb dishes prepared with local ingredients such as Istrian truffles, pršut dry-cured ham, cheese, wild asparagus, olive oil, fresh fish and seafood, homemade pasta, local wine, and so much more! We created this unique vacation for you to relax and re-energise in a luxury environment, satisfying all your senses!
Day 1: Arrival to Savudrija: in-take meeting, dinner at a local restaurant
Day 2: From Savudrija to Motovun: visit village Grožnjan, wine tasting, truffle hunting with dogs, truffle dinner
Day 3: From Motovun to Rovinj: visit village Višnjan, olive oil and wine tasting, lunch at an instrian konoba, dinner in Rovinj
Day 4: From Rovinj to the inland Istria and back to Rovinj: visit Bale-Valle village, wine tasting, energy tour at Histria Aromatica , lunch at an exquisite estate, dinner in Rovinj Old Town
Day 5: From Rovinj to Pula: Pula city tour with Roman Amphitheater, wine tasting, quads trip from Barban to Rakalj for lunch, dinner with private cook at a resort
Day 6: Free morning, optional activities, transfer to the airport, departure

You will be staying in one-of-a kind, luxury hotels and country resorts.
Day 1: 5-star hotel, Savudrija – in the northern most part of Istria, offering luxury and splendor, with marvelous views of the Northern Adriatic
Day 2: 4-star wellness hotel, Motovun – this hotel takes the best location in town, with a quiet garden surrounded by city’s medieval walls
Day 3: 5-star hotel, Rovinj – hotel with lush gardens, infinity pools, overlooking a quiet cove, serving exquisite dishes in their excellent restaurants
Day 4: 5-star hotel, Rovinj – 5-star chic retreat, designed by leading Croatian architects and decorated by their top artists
Day 5: Exquisite country resort & spa, Labin – former winery, surrounded by olive groves, meadows and forests, offers serenity and a view of natural splendor that stretches as far as the eye can see

- We suggest that you travel with a comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes cancellation protection so that you will be covered in the event that you are unable to attend our trip (due to injury, illness or other unforeseen circumstances). We do not provide travel insurance for our clients. Please contact your local travel agent to purchase travel insurance. As coverage and a price of the insurance changes depending on your travel destination, do make sure that you purchase a coverage for all countries you will be traveling in on your adventure.
